What a great little clock!  It sits discretely on your bedside table; its ticking is completely inaudible, and there is no light to annoy you.  When you want to know the time, pick it up--a little light comes on to illuminate the dial.  When it's time for the alarm to go off and you're not quite ready to get up, pick it up and put it back down--the alarm is silenced for another 5 minutes of snooze time.  If you don't pick it up, that alarm will get more and more insistent until you turn it off.  Easy to read face.
