TIM CHR :: Chrysler Building

This model of the Chrysler Building in New York is the latest model to be produced by the Timothy Richards workshop. Cast in a limited edition of 480, the one-piece model shows two faces of the top 13 floors of this beautiful Art Deco building.  The back is flat and covered with handmade glass; the faces are layered with French Gold leaf.  The model stands 34" tall and is 7" wide and 4" deep.  To give it stabillity it is mounted on a 10" square metal plate.

Included with each model is a hand-written story page and an A4 black and white photo of Tim on the Chrysler Building when he was researching it, which is also signed.  Also included is a 20 minute DVD explaining the model-making process and a signed certificate authenticating the model.
