There are some toys that define childhood. This is one.
When the folks at Miller Goodman were young, they - like us - played with a bag of bricks, which formed the foundations of our relationships to playing and to creativity. Miller Goodman wanted to make a version of this classic toy that was imaginative and playful. By incorporating curves, eyes, and mustaches into PlaysShapes, they found that they could build faces, funny creatures, or endless fantastical creations – alongside more traditional designs you can create with their homage to the toy we all loved most as children.
PlayShapes is a set of 74 shapes crafted from environmentally-friendly, durable rubberwood. The set of shapes come in a printed, unbleached cotton drawstring bag. Shapes are colored on one side and natural on the other. You choose how many colors you incorporate into your creations. Enclosed are illustrations, which may set you on the right path.
Blocks are compatible with ShapeMaker and FaceMaker for even more creative fun and are cubes with each side being 1.75".
Tested in accordance with European (EN) standards. ASTM, CPSIA compliant. Designed in England, Manufactured in Thailand
