Cosmic Yuzu is scented with Japanese grapefruit (yuzu) and black tea.
These inlaid soaps first came about as a studio experiment with end-of-day scrap pieces of soap which we embedded into white soap and sliced smooth. We then refined the look as they came to resemble the late Japanese designer Shiro Kuramata’s embedded concrete and terrazzo work.
Our glycerine soaps are made in very small batches in a studio in Portland Maine. They have a 100% pure vegetable base: no parabens, no phthalates, no sodium laurel sulfate, no animal testing, no detergents, and no alcohol.
