Balsamic Beet Slices


Balsamic beet slices are a tangy, sweet addition to our pickled line-up. Golden balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and lemon juice give these little root veggies the pep in their step. These slices pair perfectly with a soft cheese, or on top of butter leaf lettuce. Or dice them up and add them to top a deviled egg! The leftover brine can be used with olive oil for a dressing. Any way you serve um, you will love these little slices!
