Our Smoked Oaxacan Mole Sauce reminds us of Oaxaca and for good reason. Made with smoked chiles imported from Oaxaca with the perfect combination of other chiles, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and spices. This sauce is slow-simmered for hours and finished with fresh lime juice, fresh cilantro that add a brightness that contrasts well with the smoked chiles.

Our mole sauce is easy to enjoy. You can simply heat and serve. Or, try it simmered over your favorite protein. Use as a braise, sauce, slather, dip, condiment or as a secret ingredient to spice up any meal.
