Gualala Roast is made with the wisdom of Ayurveda in mind. Ayurveda is a sanskrit word that means "the science of life." It is one of the oldest healing traditions in the world, and teaches us how to develop a balanced lifestyle through our daily routine, eating habits, and proper use of herbs. Gualala Roast was created by two Ayurvedic Doctors to help people enjoy the delicious aspects of coffee, but with no caffeine and very low acidity.

Capomo "Maya Nut" - A seed harvested from the floor of rainforests that grow from Mexico to Brazil. Gualala Roast sources from distributors committed to promoting the success of the local communities harvesting the seed.
Ashwagandha - An ayurvedic herb commonly used for its gently energizing effects and adaptogenic properties.
Chicory Root - A plant long used in coffee alternatives because of tis earthy and unique flavor profile.
Gualala Roast can be easily brewed using a French Press, coffeemaker, pour-over system, or tea bag. You can enjoy just as you would your coffee by adding your favorite type of milk and/or sweetener.
