Sori Yanagi Nambu Tekki Cast Iron Pan with Stainless Lid

    Sori Yanagi

It Caught Our Eyes With Its Design. It Won Our Hearts With Its Performance.

Sori Yanagi Iron Pots. We hand carried our first Yanagi iron pots back from Tokyo for their beautiful design. Upon cooking with them, they won our hearts. We can personally attest that the Sori Yanagi iron pots have temperature control and performance we have not seen before with traditional cast iron.

Nambu Tekki is a traditional Japanese craft that has been practiced for more than 300 years. Nambu Tekki differs from normal cast iron due to the thickness of the iron. Its extra thickness performs exceptionally well and with good basic care can be used for a lifetime.

The stainless steel lid can be rotated over the dual pan's spout that provides adjustable gaps to allow excess liquid pour outs or to prevent boiling over. The cast iron pan with stainless lid features handy spouts on either side of the pan for both easy pourings of contents as well as easy handling regardless whether one is right or left handed.

    • Nambu Tekki thick cast iron evenly transfers and retains heat
