• Pre-Infusion - perfectly blooms your fine coffee bean grounds for maximum flavor
• Contact time of water to coffee
• Heats water to the Specialty Coffee Industry target temp (197.6F-204.8F)
• Hot plate keeps the coffee warm without burning or compromising flavor
• Hot Plate shuts off automatically after 30 minutes

New iced coffee mode

To brew a gorgeous cup or carafe of iced coffee, simply switch Otto 2.0 to iced coffee mode, fill your Chemex carafe with ice and brew your coffee with Otto 2.0

“Greedy Cup” spray head technology

• Staged brewing cycle
• Pulses water bath which ensures maintained temperature
• Facilitates even extraction throughout the brewing process for optimal flavor

Fits 3, 6, and 8 cups Chemex classic or glass handle series coffeemakers. Fits 3 & 5 cup handblown series coffeemakers. It cannot be used with handblown 8 or 13 cup size brewers.
