Placewares is exceedingly humbled and happy to be the United States' exclusive online retailer for Nemo Lighting's Master Collection with Le Corbusier's and Charlotte Perriand's licensed designs. It is a joy for Placewares to bring to the US these legendary designer's groundbreaking lighting designs that remain timelessly relevant in our world today, yet have been largely unknown in the United States outside of design circles.

We fell in love with Nemo in Le Bon Marche's lighting department when we discovered Charlotte Perriand's lamp designs and we fell in love with their entire Masters Collection upon entering their Milan showroom. We were on our way to tour Portaluppi's, Villa Necchi in Milan when our taxi drove by the showroom. Once our tour was over, we high-tailed it by foot to the nearby Nemo showroom and spent an embarrassing amount of time touring the showroom and talking with its team. The heat and humidity were building outside for a May afternoon thunderstorm, so it was the perfect spot to be - comfortable and inspiring.
